Manzoni will happily exchange or refund under the following conditions,
a) Manzoni will exchange or refund (full price items only) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that postage costs will be borne by the customer. Re-delivery will be a flat $10 AUD.
b) We do not give refunds for sale items for change of mind returns. You must provide a proof of purchase being a tax invoice from our online store.
c) You must provide 'proof of purchase' being a tax invoice from our online store.
d) Items must be in new unworn condition with original undamaged packaging and tags.
e) Please call our customer service team on (02) 8096 0766 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your Return Authorisation Number and delivery information.
f) This return policy is only valid for our retail customers. Resellers please refer to your terms and conditions.
